What I Bring to the Table

  • Earlier at Quora, I co-owned the LLM-in-moderation initiative that reduced content review costs by 50% in a single quarter, designed annotation guidelines that cut platform spam by 40%, and program-managed the company's expansion from 5 to 23 supported languages. Just as importantly, I was the hiring manager who built the Product Operations team from 3 to 12 — recruiting and growing a globally distributed group of specialists with very low attrition, and shaping the culture and craft that made the function trusted across the company.

I love operationalizing programs from scratch, turning messy problems into metrics-driven systems, and aligning engineering, ML, legal, and policy teams around a shared plan.

Outside of work, I'm currently deepening my data analysis skills through UC Berkeley's extension program.

Straight from the Source

  • From the beginning, Isadora brought a leadership perspective to the collaboration. She helped me understand which feedback workflows mattered most, where the existing process was too fragmented, and which teams and stakeholders needed to be part of the conversation. She was proactive about connecting with adjacent workflows and people across the organization, which helped the work grow into something more useful and better aligned with how teams actually operated.

What I appreciated most was how she created momentum around adoption. Isadora did not just wait for a solution to be handed to her team; she helped shape what good would look like, organized AI training and upskilling workshops, and made sure people had the context and confidence to use new workflows and tools effectively.

Isadora is thoughtful, organized, proactive, and very good at leading process change across teams. She combines strong user-feedback judgment with the ability to bring people along, which is exactly what makes operational improvements stick. I would happily work with her again and would recommend her to any team looking for someone who can improve how people, processes, and systems work together.”

  • Isadora approaches every challenge with a determined "get-it-done" mindset, consistently demonstrating exceptional organizational and execution skills across a wide range of tasks. Her flexibility and sense of responsibility make her an indispensable asset to any team she works with.

In addition to her professional capabilities, Isadora's personality is truly remarkable. She naturally uplifts those around her, bringing positive energy to the workplace and creating an environment where people genuinely enjoy working with her.

Isadora is not only capable of delivering outstanding results but also inspires those around her to excel. She is a fantastic professional who will undoubtedly bring significant value to any organization she works with.”

  • Isadora is exactly the kind of manager who makes people better without ever making them feel watched. She trained me in localization from the ground up, not just the tools and workflows, but the strategic thinking behind every decision. She brought me into vendor calls, gradually expanded my responsibilities, and eventually handed me full ownership of the localization program, including the budget, with complete trust. That wasn't a one-time decision; it was the result of deliberate, patient mentorship over time, and it remains one of the things I'm most proud of in my career.

What sets her apart as a manager is how she balances genuine autonomy with real support. Clear goals, clear reporting, zero micromanagement, but always available when you need her, without judgment. During periods of heavy workload, she would proactively take tasks off my plate so I could stay focused on what mattered most. She also cared about wellbeing and not just output, which is rarer than it should be.

What also stands out is how naturally she connects across the entire organization. She works seamlessly with engineers, product owners, legal, ML teams, and vendors alike, always knowing which stakeholders need to be in the room and how to move things forward together. Within that context, I watched her run complex programs across feedback pipelines, content quality, and localization simultaneously; fully remote, async-first, every thread accounted for. She anticipates what will be needed before it becomes urgent, designs the process before anyone asks, and documents everything thoroughly enough that others can actually inherit it.

She was also one of the earliest AI champions in our team, organizing learning programs, driving real adoption rather than just awareness, and directly shaping how we worked. That initiative had lasting impact.

I would work with Isadora again without hesitation. Any team looking for operational excellence, thoughtful leadership, and the ability to build programs that actually scale would be very lucky to have her.”

More About Me

I'm a triathlete with a soft spot for yoga and meditation, because apparently I can't decide whether I want to sweat buckets or sit perfectly still. In between, I'm usually buried in a book, fussing over my garden, or hanging out with my family (the best humans I know). I also like to make myself useful - volunteering at local events and nonprofits like the Peninsula Humane Society is one of the more meaningful things I do with my time. And when I need a dose of wonder, I head into the city to my two happy places: the California Academy of Sciences and SFMOMA, where I'm a proud member, frequent visitor, and occasional museum-bench philosopher.
